Do you have to wear incontinence pads? |
I am curious to know if some women wear incontinence pads because they pee there pants or is it just laziness. That has to be uncomfortable to wear. NO!!! a lady who wears these is having a very difficult time controling her bladder...and some bladder problems are very serious...women do not like wearing bulky pads...but there is a reason why they have to...you really need to educate yourself with this more to fully understand it..please refrain from assuming these medical problems are just laziness...its certainly not the case After turning 50 and having 4 pregnancies one being a twin one I have come to realize that I leak. Period. I had a friend that got a b;adder lift that was botched. Anything urinary hurts and I will not do it. I need to accept that this is part of the best years of my life. noo! but i feel sorry for those who do, its just one of those unfortunate things i suppose, it may affect me in later life, whi knows?? Some women develop a "fallen bladder" after a pregnancy or two and have stress urinary incontinence, it has nothing to do with their being lazy. The bladder can be tacked up to prevent the incontinence. And no, they aren't uncomfortable to wear, it actually gives a feeling of security. Dear Anthony, I don't yet and am not looking forward to doing so. Fact is- after women bear children vaginally- the muscles that control the urinary tract tend to loosen. They can be strengthened somewhat by Kaegle excercises but never 100% recover. Sneezing, belly laughs, coughing- cause loss of bladder control at times. By the way- Kaegle's are recommended for men too. Glad you asked. It is a sad thing but so many women have a urinary problem. Most do not talk about it. The thing is that you never know when you might sneeze, laugh to hard or pick up something heavy. It is so bad showing a wet spot & worse feeling it for a very long time. The only answer is to wear a pad. um no and why are you even curious? |
