Infertility workup?

My hubby and I have been trying to have a baby for the past 17 months. We went to a doc in Jan and she asked me to get my blood test done and also a HSG. Blood test showed that I had thyroid. HSG was normal. Hubby's semen analysis was normal.
I'm on medication for thyroid. My recent report, a week back, showed that my thyroid levels are normal. My doc asked me to visit her in April (after trying for 3 cycles).
I have a 33-34 day cycle and generally ovulate between days 19-21. I chart using Fertility friend website.

Those of you who have got their fertility checkup done, what do you think is gonna be the doc's next step? what can I expect?

would like to add that my periods are regular and based on me tracking my temps and ovulation for the past one year, I can say that I ovulate every month.

If after 3 cycles and u get nothing, I believe the docs next steps would be things like pelvi ultra sounds and such. and although ur tracking ur self they may have u track for them. but to avoid having to do this over and over, print out ur chart from Fertility Friend and show ur doc this so that they can analize it. if all pans out, and nothing seem to be going on. ur doc probably will still put u on some sort of clomid. which is the mildest form of fertility drugs. ur doc will prob. try this with u for a couple of months and then if this doesnt work, which i hope it doesn't take u that long ur doc may put u on other drugs and keep monitering ur throids.

depends on your age and other related issues. make sure you go to an infertility speicalist if you need to. they would probably do an laproscopy to see if you have any issues with endo or such there is really no reason to take fertility drugs if you are ovualting okay. they did that to me for 13 months and i did not need it and it messed my body up. so next step is a peek inside and then they go from there. it might just take some time try not to get to anxious as this will make it worse good luck
