Whats the best alternative treatment for stopping smoking and infertility?

Been trying for a baby for 3 years, 2 miscarriages, been diagnosed as unexplained infertility. I smoke and think it could boost our chances if i gave up smoking. What alternative therapy can i try ?

Acupuncture. There have been some studies that show a good response to both the issues you mention.

hypnotherapy for quitting smoking - i am doubtful of a lot of these things, but i have seen really good results.

infertility, such a difficult an individual area. quitting smoking could definately help. make sure ur not underweight either. check ur bmi - google it. good luck

Have you tried acupuncture? That is meant to be really good for these things
