Does cialis affects sperm count or infertility? Or will the girl still gets pregnant?

I have been taking cialis. I came in my girl a few times. Can she still get pregnant?

Cialis increases the flow of blood in your body. (including your penis) It has not effect on sperm count and of course she can get pregnant just from insertion.

Yes. As far as I know Cialis only affects erection quality & not the sperm count factor. You should still use protection everytime.
