Problems with infertility?

What are some factors that an infertile couple could be faced with.

I was wondering if you ppl have time if you can direct me to some sites on the emotional, physical, and mental conflicts that arises with an infertile individual

blocked fallopian tubes due to pelvic inflammatory disease, endometriosis, or surgery for an ectopic pregnancy
physical problems with the uterus
uterine fibroids
problems making sperm -- producing too few sperm or none at all
problems with the sperm's ability to reach the egg and fertilize it -- abnormal sperm shape or structure prevent it from moving correctly
irregular periods or no menstrual periods
very painful periods
endometriosis
pelvic inflammatory disease
more than one miscarriage

If it's male related.... sperm count or quality or both.

If it's female related... it could be hormonal (i.e. lack of ovulation, insufficient progesterone), something wrong with a reproductive organ (i.e. a blockage in one or both fallopian tubes, an obstruction in the uterus like fibroids or polyps).

It could be an endocrine disorder.... thyroid dysfunction or PCOS or both.

It could also be a immunological disorder or something to do with genetics.

Infertility is a vast subject.

I would rule out the obvious and easy things first. Are her periods regular? Is she ovulating? What is his sperm analysis saying?
