No. He uses the same kind of bathroom that you use to produce a urine specimen. You know the kind. Same as any other bathroom, except there is a little door in the wall for the specimen cup to go into. That's another thing. He will use the same kind of specimen cup that you would use for a urine specimen.

On the other hand, sperm banks often have magazines and videos on hand to make the experience more enjoyable (and to be over more quickly).

Some doctors will let you produce the specimen at home as long as you can get it in within half an hour. He should ask the doctor who is requesting the test.

They do. They also will let his wife help him collect the sample or the sample can be collected at home and then transported back to the clinic. You have about 30 minutes or so to get the sample back to the lab, if I remember correctly.
