Do swelled blood vessels on the scrotum cause infertility?

Is there a specific place it has to be? How big?

This is called Varicocele, and yes it can cause infertility.

They are usually, but not always seen in the left side, they will be along the spermatic cord - or the tube that seems to hold your testes in place (Not really sure on how to describe - I don't have these parts)
