For my initial infertility visit should I see a fertility specialist or an Ob-Gyn first? |
I haven't been to a Gyno in 3 years you should go to your gyno every year - but definatly check with them first - they may be able to help you get pregnant with out having to go to a specialist and pay all that money - maybe there is a small reason you cant get pregnant that they can easily fix. and they will be able to give you tons of information on how to get pregnant and improve your chances Usually it goes doctor > OBGYN > specialist The OBGYN will refer you to a fertility specialist if they can't treat or find your problem.
