actually i am trying for a baby for last 2 years .al the test were right of my husband and mines. someone told me about doing yoga and try baba ramdev's medicines. has any one tried them and have any success story about yoga too.please answer so that i can get encouraged . thanksand one more thing how to take that medicines and can we still try to conceive if we are on those medicines. thanks for your answers.

any kind of excercise is good, yoga probably being perfect.

baby dust to us!

I don't know about the baba remedy, however my friend has had infertility issues her whole life. Hers are caused by PCOS. However, she recently told me that there was a study done about whales and their reproductive system. It turns out that whales reproductive systems are exactly like humans, however whales don't have any fertility issues like humans do. So they did a study on a whales diet, and the whale consumes a ton of Krill oil.

My friend has been taking Krill oil for a few months now and has had normal periods two months in a row. So, it is very possible that she may be able to conceive now. It's definitely worth looking into. Good luck!

Forget about all swamis & babas for goodness sake. Pray to GOD only, for HE is the final authority. Practice yoga as its very beneficial & keep up with ur intercourse. Don't get discouraged. My wife & I had infertility problems & inspite of taking medication, we didn't have a baby. Its was only prayers from our family & neighbours, that we are blessed with 2 darling daughters. It took us six long years for the 1st baby & the 2nd followed 1 1/2 year after. Good luck! May God Bless U With A Beautiful Baby!

baba ramdev does definately have some yoga techniques to treat infertility. try kapal bhati, anolom vilom Pranayama and other yoga by him and also look up more on these things.
