Diseases causing infertility?

I know there are poisons but if we spray them (on animals(like rats?)) were still fertile right? Are there any sicknesses that cause infertility to humans or animals?

Infertility is a symptom of underlying disease , this has a two pronged effect, they effect short and long term health both in humans and animals.
Humans:
PID: Pelvic inflammatory disease
Klinefelter syndrome :( XXY syndrome)
Endometriosis: tissues found on out side of uterus when its to be on inside
Gonorrhoea
PCO: Polycystic ovary syndrome
Genital herpes
Ovary Problems
Hormonal Problems
Tuberculosis
Diabetes
Multiple Sclerosis
Hypothalmic disease
Pituitary Disease
Sickle Cell disease
Chlamydia
Genital Warts
Syphilis
HIV
Hepatitis B
Obesity
Ovulation
Fallopian tubes
Pollycystic ovaries

Bacterial infections
White Muscle disease- a deficiency in selenium

Infectious Diseases is for questions about humans so I can answer the human part of your question but you'll have to post the animal part in Animals. Actually, you could've run a search for "Diseases that cause infertility" or "Causes of infertility" for both humans and animals.

In women, infertility can be caused by PID, PCO, endometriosis, STDs reduce fertility, adrenal or thyroid disease, some autoimmune diseases, and diabetes and renal disease can do it.

In men, gonorrhea, TB, diabetes and Multiple Sclerosis.

There are also many non-disease conditions that can affect fertility in both men and women.
