TTC with CF related infertility...and stress?

I am 22 years old, my husband is 23, and we've been married for a year and a half. Since the day we married, we've been TTC, since we already knew it was going to be a long, and difficult process for us. My husband has CF, and with that comes a most certain infertility. His pulmonologist told us that most men with CF have low sperm count, meanwhile my research says that men with CF generally have CBAVD. (Congenital Bilateral Absence of the Vas Deferens - the tube that transports the sperm outside the body) He tells us to try for six more months, he'll test my husband, then he'll discuss our options. Has anyone else who has a husband with CF dealt with this? Meanwhile, with my family history of infertility - the women start losing their fertility in their early 20's - my doctor wants to start things now BUT wants to wait until I stop stressing out. **My best friend who was 23 years old, and 30 weeks pregnant passed away suddenly in her sleep in October.** My doctor says that as soon as I learn to deal with the stress from her death, we can begin treatments...I feel like I am going a little crazy...can anybody give me some advice? It's hard when you don't have a best friend to turn to anymore. Thanks.
