PCOS and infertility?

I have been diag. with PCOS and possibly endometiosis,still having bloodwork done to see exactly what is going on with me.I was put on birth control (Yaz) on March 1st and from March 17th-26th was sexually active with my husband(Marine,home on leave for 2 weeks),and am now showing very early signs of pregnancy.IF we did conceive,I would be at the most 2 weeks pregnant,but was on my period (it came earlier than it should have)from the 18th to the 25th.I completely stopped bleeding from my period and on the 28th I had very light,constant spotting all day (possibly implantation bleeding?),breasts are larger,a stronger than normal smell from the discharge and have had a lot more discharge than normal.I hate it when 20 people ask a day "am I pregnant?",we already have a 4 yr old son together so I am not dumb,but what are the odds?Back in Sept. I was in an unfortunate situation and had an abortion,to find out that I became pregnant while on birth control in the middle of my period.Details...

Not everyone who has PCOS and endo have problems with infertility. I have a few friends that were able to get pregnant on their own without help from fertility specialists.

The only way to definitively diagnose endometriosis is thru an outpatient procedure called laparoscopy.
