Yes. Endometriosis is one of the leading causes of infertility. If you have been diagnosed with endo, talk to your doctor about treatment options. Many women have really good results with treatments. A diagnosis of endo does NOT mean that you are infertile! Early treatment of endo before it becomes out of control can increase chances of being able to eventually conceive.
Many women with endometriosis can conceive naturally. Women who have aparoscopic treatment can experience a 13% increase in the probability of pregnancy.

Yes. 40% of women who are infertile is caused from Endometriosis. No one know for sure why is causes infertility, but it does.
