Can taking slimming pills cause infertility?

I'm not sure if the pills themselves can as it probably depends on the chemical natural of the pill and your bodies reaction to it....However, loosing a lot of weight can affect fertility as woman who have a really low BMI or fat percentage tend to stop ovulating/having periods so this would definitely affect your fertility. So I would assume that mild use to loose a couple of pounds won't hurt but use extreme caution if you are trying to loose a lot of weight.
