Is it possible to have irritable bowel syndrome at the age of 19?

my stomach has been REALLY SCREWED UP the past 6 months.

can i fix this with a change of diet?

i admit i eat very unhealthy, drink 2-3 cans of soda daily, eat meat only, eat popcorn frequently, never visit the restroom when i have to (too lazy).

yes it is possible, and you have very bad habits, you should change them because with age it can cause cancers or peptic ulcers.

Your diet isn't great but it is worth a try to change it and see if it helps.

At 19 there are a number of intestinal diseases that could be occurring and you will need to be checked if diet doesn't fix the problem.
