What are some teas that can soothe irritable bowel syndrome? |
I don't want any specialty teas that are sold for way too much moeny on the internet. But what are some grocery store brands that would soothe IBS? Camomile and peppermint are best, as other two people mentioned, however be sure you get 100% natural, organic tea and not tea with any artificial ingredients. Lots of tea has garbage added to it which will add to your IBS. Brands I can buy in gourmet grocery stores (I'm in California): Yogi Tea and Traditional Medicinals. Good luck! You can try chamomile, fennel and peppermint tea. Buy these from the grocery store or buy the actual herbs to brew yourself. Peppermint tea. Absolutely brilliant for IBS. |
