I have Irritable Bowel Syndrome and don't know what type of rice/bread to eat? |

After a few months my stomach starting hurting again and that bloated feeling started too. So I went back to white bread cos I read somewhere that if you have IBS your digestive system will struggle to process wholewheat/brown bread etc. Now though I am on a diet and want to try brown rice as opposed to white - is brown lower in fat/cals etc and is there anyone else who has IBS had problems with what to eat and can suggest healthy alternatives? There is info available, if you do a web search; such as this - For most people with IBS, a healthy lifestyle is the best way to improve symptoms. This can include the following.
