How do we know Hitler had Irritable Bowel Syndrome?

"Hitler's health has long been the subject of debate. He has variously been said to have suffered from irritable bowel syndrome, skin lesions, irregular heartbeat, Parkinson's disease, syphilis, and a strongly suggested addiction to methamphetamine."

Did he complain of constipation and bloating or what?

If he had Parkinson's as they say he did, the he definitely had a lot of Gastro Intestinal problems. Severe constipation, IBS, GERD and almost anything else that could be imagined are an integral part of Parkinson's disease...heart problems would not be a supprise......I would have doped myself silly back then because of the lack of any real medication for PD

oh i thought it was a joke, i was a bit disappointed when there was no punch line.

From the look on his face

Have you ever seen the look on his face in photos..that should explain it...
