Who can I speak with to get those aweful, sickening Irritable Bowel Syndrome commercials off the radio airwave?

Have you heard these ads?

They start off with a farting sound !!! And then an annoying jingle and people talking to you about IBS.

I don't enjoy hearing farts under any circumstances, especially through my speakers!!
What's next? Will they invent speakers that can emit odors to get the full effect?

Can I call the FCC or FDA, or FED or F-whatever agency to shut down these ads for good?

The company, for one. The want to sell products, so they're not going to sell them to people who get p铆ssed off at the company. Also the radio station. They don't want to lose listeners because of the ads. And the FCC, if you think that the ads are violating FCC regulations. On all three possibilites, you have two chances of success: Slim chance or fat chance. Take your pick.

You could also just listen to a different station. If you don't believe you should have to choose, then figure out which option has a higher priority to your sensibilities.

well ibs is a true health problem that pretty much a lot of people have and don't know what it is. Yeah it does sound gross...

but remember the commercial where the old lady would yell, Help, I've falling and I can't get up! I would laugh profusely; because it was a sad freaking commercial...that commercial is old and here to stay. It totally miss represents old people but in a funny way...so what i'm saying get over it.

It's called freedom of the press, and this includes news and programming through regular media as well as radio, tv, print, etc. You need to grow up some if something like this ruins your whole day. Good grief!
