Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IRS)? |
I have Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) so when i get stressed i get really awful cramps. I was wondering if there were any known foods that can help me feel better besides like brown bread and other high in fibre foods... Its IBS not IRS. Avoid too chilli hot, spicy and sour foods. Try taking garlic pills, it seems to help.
