What is irritable bowel syndrome? |
i have piles and i frequently go to motions,i have light pain and inflammation on right diaphragm area,i use to get excrete bleeding, can u suggest me what diet or how to get rid of this problem, plz help me out I have IBS nothin to joke or kid around about I hate having it My diet had to change alot from what I use to eat Im sorry im not being very descriptive about the condition but it can be embarassing at times and also very disrupting to your everyday life WWW.webmd.com has alot of info on IBS and its treatment I personally use various prescribed meds to treat my symptoms sometimes they are severe and other times I hardly now i have it but it doesnt leave me in peace for long I have found that if I eat food with less grease and Heavy fats I tend to process better, things that are high in protein are good also because of the lack of absorption in my intestinal tract I try to eat less spicy foods because they only add to my discomfort I dont take fiber unless my Dr specifically tells me to.there are other conditions that are similar but that are not IBS even DRs do not normally self diagnose simply because when you are in any unhealthy condition it is very hard to be overly objective get an medical oppinion could be something worse or possibly even less severe but no sense in not getting it checked out if you believe you do have a medical problem Source(s): ibs sufferer IBS is a combination of symptoms that lead to tenderness, throbbing and even agonizing pain. This is usually accompanied with the discomfort of bloating, embarrassing flatulence, and irregular bowel movements, including either incontinent diarrhea or obstructive constipation. The challenge is being able to completely digest your food, when your digestive system fails to do that it will result in several symptoms: "Digestrol鈩?was formulated with carefully selected all-natural compounds to soothe IBS pain. I recommend that anyone with IBS try Digestrol鈩?to reduce IBS problems." Dr. Charles C. Thao, PhD, NMD Board certified Naturopathic Physician and Chief Cellular Health Researcher for Techmedica Health. Heartburning acid-reflux Groin pain and contractions Episodes of diarrhea Severe bloating and flatulence Stomach cramping and pain Episodes of constipation Feelings of exhaustion Classic lower back pain Shooting pain in your hips and legs Inability to mentally focus Anxiety attacks Changes in heart rate and light headedness Constant weight gain Frankly it is no fun even if you have one or two of these symptoms; unfortunately most people are afflicted by a combination of all of these problems. 8 out of 10 of the patients who have IBS report it as a progressive condition that can disable them within only a few increasingly painful years from the point of experiencing the first symptom. It goes to reason therefore, that over-the-counter medications or prescriptive drugs are not effective in subduing irritated bowel symptoms such as pain and bloating, and to add insult to injury, the negative side effects can be even more disabling than IBS itself. http://www.techmedica.com/digestrol.html... |
