Symptons of irritable bowel syndrome?

Symptons of irritable bowel syndrome?

IBS can cause several symptoms such as chronic stomach cramping, bloating, gas, diarrhea, and constipation.

It affects mainly the bowel, which is the part of the digestive system that makes and stores stool.

If you don't include many vegetables in your diet, try taking Metamucil or Citrucel (both available at any drugstore) on a regular basis and you'll notice the symptoms will be alleviated and in many cases will go away. (It did for me!) Source(s): (suggested by my doctor)
