I hope that one of those help!!
Gunshot to the head, I guarentee that you won't have IBS anymore.
Humor
Try peppermint oil. I have very little faith in natural remedies though.
Prunes are supposed to be good for your bowel.

And that's a serious answer
Usually it is caused due to excessive heat - if so try cooling your stomach by intaking foods that cool your stomach like watermelon , Milk helps reduce acid (thts one cause) , Basil seeds are the best , soaked in hot water for a while they blow up & then you can drink up with any juice.

Also cause due to stress & nervousness- I would say take it easy & lay off fried or caffine food
ON TV I've seen commercials for a product called Optiva or something like that, usually a good yogurt can help. you want to try to restore your system balance.
