Does anyone suffer from Irritable Bowels Syndrome after drinking alcohol?


Besides not drinking altogether is there anything which would minimise the effect of IBS?

Yes, I already have IBS, but I find that drinking alcohol excessively worsens it. I haven't tried to lessen it, but I would imagine that having food with your alcohol, and drinking lots of water would help...
