HELP i'm a really fat girl who needs liposuction and a man?

change your lifestyle..don't go through surgery. nobody needs surgery, just a lifestyle change! eat fruits and veggies, not soda and fast/junk food..drink lots of water and exersice..don't expect to lose the weight overnight either..good luck

Well...can't help you with the man part...and I'm not a surgeon...but you should check this out!! I really have tried all kinds of things...and haven't found anything I could stick with until now!! I'm really excited...truly! Each week I lose a little more weight...and so far since Feb 19th, 2008 I've lost 8.5 pounds and 22.5 inches (you measure yourself everywhere!!). Take a look at it...what have you got to lose??!!

hey you can exercise and do small chages like drinking diet soda instead of soda. or apple instead of a candy bar. and you can also do a clense it helps your body get rid of toxins. here is a link to the article

Wrong!!!

No-one needs a man, you may want one but you don't need one. Once you know this you will become more confident in yourself, you will enjoy yourself more and the weight will start to fall off, so no liposuction needed...this doesn't happen overnight but if you can loose weight for yourself you will feel much prouder of yourself and will make sure you won't get vto that weight again!

GOOD LUCK it isn't easy but if you have the right attitude you can do it!
