My lower body after liposuction....I had a liposuction surgery 3 years back and was not successful?

My skin is dimpled and wavy. One thigh is bigger than the other one. My knees looks awful. Nother surgeon said it is difficult to correct the surgery. I am dippressed, can't go naked in front of my husband, can't go to the beach with my child, can't really look at myself in the mirror. My question is:
Can excersie help removing the dimples and waves on my skin or I need to accept it and live with it? I hate myself and I regret doing the surgery everyday..I cry everyday over my body. My body was fine at least I could show my legs to my husband and now I just can't..

Any advises?

Well i'm sorry to hear how upset you are, but when a surgeon preforms lipo it should be evenly so it looks natural, i know as i have had lipo before and am very pleased, you should have gone back to have it corrected, i cant see how it would be hard to correct? please more info?
exercise will help but, if you loose weight naturally fat cells decrease evenly, obviously lipo is not natural so you wont even up you thighs by diet and exercise alone (unless you were to loose alot of weight) you need a correction which should be free as it is the fault of the surgeon, i had a tummy tuck and have little fat deposits at the end of the suture lines and i am having them corrected at no cost to myself because its the surgeons reputation and they want every patient to be happy with results! where did you have the lipo at if you dont mind me asking?

If i were you i wouldnt settle for that at all i'd be back to sort it out especially if your crying everyday day!
