What do you think about LipoShape? LipoDissolve? Liposuction?

I am 5'3, 135 lbs and I eat on the healthy side, don't' smoke and I drink socially once a week. I recently graduated college, I'm struggling with the office/cube lifestyle as I was a very active collegiate athlete. I have some trouble spots (thighs, hips) that I'm not seeing results in. I'm looking for something that will solve that problem cause the gym just isn't cutting it. WHAT have you experienced and learned with any of these procedures? What was the cost? The pros? The cons? Would you do it again?
