Do celebs with real small waists work out or get liposuction?

My guess is that they work out... ALOT! It really isn't all that difficult to get a tiny, toned waist as long as you commit to working on it every day. Celebrities have personal trainers who show them the best exercises and techniques for each muscle group. Diet is also a factor in having a slim waist.

Liposuction is more something people get on their butts and thighs rather than the stomach.

It depends on which celebs you are referring to, other factors come to play...some are born small physique, others lipo...some do blow, some actually workout with trainers, age also plays a factor, for the most part tehy have more money and are able to eat better and live better

a lot of both. Depending on the celeb, I would say that some go to their plastic surgeon to get lipo every few months or so. There's also exercises that will shrink your waist. It's really hard to tell.

I think they get lipo but you can also get body sculpting underwear these days!

well you said REAL waists so I guess they're born that way.
