I have bad cellulite in my thighs and calves. I did liposuction ten years ago.t?

the skin became sagging and there are more dimples plus the cellulite. is LPG effective, Which creams are effective. thanks a lot.

the creams have a very minimal effect on cellulite so if its a lot the creams wont really help much, since cellulite is made up of the salts in ur fat (or so ive heard) drinkng a lot a lot a lot of water is supposed to get rid of some of it

As with any other fat, cellulite can be reduced with a healthy, low-fat diet.Because of its structure, cellulite can be more difficult to eliminate than other forms of fat.The reality is that fat cannot ever be completely be eliminated without serious health reprecussions. Even after liposuction, fat and cellulite will come back and the dangers of such an invasive process are often much worse than the problem of unaesthetic cellulite. Best to you.

Hi

There is no one specific cream that is 100% effective.

You really need to do a few things to get rid of cellulite, including:

dry body brushing which helps move toxins from your body, cellulite massage which helps improve blood circulation to move toxins from body, drinking plenty of water and herbal tea which helps to cleanse the body from these toxins, leg exercises such as squats and lunges (40 reps each is enough each day and only takes a few minutes), cutting out preservatives and flavours from your diet (not entirely but eating more natural foods will help get rid of cellulite).

I actually heard about this, that everyone getting lipo now will look bad later on as there is no fat behind their sagging skin and the skin puckers even more!
Im so glad I know this now, there needs to be long term testing for this stuff before it becomes the "thing to do"/
SOrry to hear, but I dont think there is any cream that can repair what is going on under your skin

ok, so i dont know what LPG is - but one of my girlfriends went to the American Laser center and is having her marks removed that way. They are generally running a lot of specials, she ended up paying $115 for 15 sessions of laser removal.
She told me that they last about 20 minutes each time, completely painless - and they are working.
she has hers from having a child...lol. so...if you dont want to go that route, and are looking for something cheaper - try lotions. talk to a dermatologist and see what kinds of creams or lotions are best for that - cuz i know a lot of different companies are coming out with these "wonder creams" :-)
good luck

Hope this article can help you!! good luck!
