Is liposuction a waste of money if you're 100 pounds overweight? |
i have a huge beer gut that i want to get rid of asap. i dont drink beer, coffee or smoke but i have always had a gut for the longest time. i exercise a lot actually. just ran for 2.5 hours today. but i just cant get it off! i have been this weight for about 5 years. Liposuction is designed to remove fatty deposits, but can only do so much safely. It wasn't meant to be a weight loss method, and generally speaking only small amounts of fat are removed. dont waste time on it..start a portion controlled lactovovegetarian diet today and join some professional gym..go 5 or 6 days a week and go on a treadmill or crosstrainer for 20 minutes a session(do 2 sessions each trip 2 d gym),but in between those 2 sessions go for yoga or pilates..identify and master positions that focus the belly area and do those poses daily at home too..on days you cant go to the gym for some reason, go brisk walking an hr or 2...that beer belly is gonna go away for good... how you come up with this liposuction idea anyway. I really won't commit these kind of methods to loose any weight, if your that overweight and spending that amount of money u should just get weight loss surgery. the lap band or w/e that other one is called. but my mom got the lap band and she was 100 pounds over weight and has helped her lose weight tremendously! yeah but theres only so much they can take out of you. You'll still have a gut most likely after lipo just not as big. I would suggest excercising first.. and then go for the pounds that just don't seem to come off.. |
