Does anyone know what excersize i can do to minimize my inner thigh fat? not looking for liposuction.?

Last year my step mom underwent a liposuction operation and she's really happy with the results. Where I live a there are certain plastic surgeons that are better than others. I'd consult plastic surgeons in your area and see what sort of success they have had with past clients. http://www.plasticcosmeticsurgerycenter.... A local cosmetic surgeon should be able to answer your questions.

Do more cardio exercise (running, jogging, jump roping, playing sports, whatever works for you). The thing about working out is...you can't spot reduce, meaning by working out your thighs you aren't going to lose thigh fat. An full body work out (light weight for toning) combined with cardio exercises should reduce your body fat percentage hopefully giving you the inner thighs you prefer.

michele b has a good one. But also, you can tie an elastic rope to a pole (perhaps a railing in your house) or a chair. Tie both ends quite close to the pole so you make a U-shape.

Stand on the right of the chair/pole. Put the left leg in the rope loop and make sure the rope reaches your thigh. Your thigh should pull on the rope like the action of opening a drawer. i.e. your legs should be spreading apart (sideways). Do 10-15 reps and switch legs.

For a better workout, stand farther from the loop. It should be that you have to cross your left leg over to your right just to get the foot in the loop. Then your left leg should basically sweep from the R to the L instead of just starting from center and stretching to the left.

You should feel your inner thigh muscles working, otherwise you're positioned wrong. Gyms usually have this piece of equipment available.

You can do the clamshell & this exercise without resistance, but you get better results with the right equipment. For the clamshell one, some places should sell something with a spring that makes it harder to close your knees together.

This inner thigh routine helps to sculpt, tighten and strengthen the inner thigh muscles so they look sleeker and firmer: http://www.perfect-body-toning.com/inner...

Best if you can do it together with this outer thigh routine, so you get to trim and chisel definitions into the whole length of your thighs: http://www.perfect-body-toning.com/outer...

And of course if you can throw in a round of cardio exercise (running, swimming, biking, walking.....), say 3-4 times per week for at least 30 mins per session, it would be even more effective.

This is because cardio exercise speeds up your metabolism so you've higher metabolic rate, to burn off the excess fat not only from your thighs but also from all other parts of your body, to help you lose weight and fat.

Lie on your side with your hand under your head, your whole body nice and long. Lift the top leg up and down, up and down many times, circle it both ways too. Then lift it in front of you then behind you many times. Then bend your knees, make the shape of a clamshell with your legs and open and close the clamshell. Do this to the other side. :-)

lay sideways on your arm and head balanced on your hand with your knee on top bent and the other one straight. bend it in towards your chest then make it straight. do a bunch and you will feel the burn!
