How painful is it and how long does it take recover? did anyone has any problems after?

Depends on the type - there is a new method which involves far less trauma to the skin - effectively a similar "hoovering out" but getting the fat to liquefy first and the removing with more of a needle than a scraping nozzle.

Recovery time depends on your meaning - walking about in hours in some case - all bruises and swellings gone - a few weeks perhaps.

As for pain, you will be given anesthetic but expect to feel stiff/sore for a few days afterwards. Should be "awkward feeling" rather than searing pain however!

You need to bear ni mind a few facts too.

1. Cannot remove more than a few pounds with lipo - no hoovering out 30 LB I'm afraid

2. If you go back to eating the same as you did before, you will put weight back on - just in different places.

3. Ideally, lose as much fat as possible before having the work done - it will make far more difference afterwards.

4. Do LOADS of research, get the clinic name and run it through google - see if you can find things about them - good or bad
