Liposuction is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.

Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

yeah, right, u will "magically" start exercising after liposaction. get real - u will have liposaction, without exercising u will gain EVERYTHING plus some extra in 2 weeks. a proven fact. so maybe u need to start exercising first? and then waste your money on liposaction? look at this obese osborn's daughter - she is having liposactions every month. is she even close to being normal? 2 weeks maximum time for getting back all u lose by liposaction
I had liposuction on my inner and outer thighs. They didn't take off that much but I will say that it ruined my thighs. I thought my thighs were to fat and now they look saggy. Once they take out the fat the skin pretty much hangs. I don't suggest it. I would go to a nutritionist or seek a trainer before you do any surgery. I know how frustrating it can be but be strong and be positive.
You are having problems exercising now, what makes you think you鈥檒l be different after a very painful liposuction surgery? Any time you can avoid a surgery, then that is the way to go.

First get some professional help. Your local gym has lot of trainers on staff that can help keep you motivated and design a workout routine and menu to get you to your goals. You will be surprised that with a proper menu you will not feel hungry, in fact might have trouble eating everything on your menu plan. With the help of a trainer, they鈥檙e going to keep you accountable, and in some cases that is all you need. Get a workout buddy, someone that will support your efforts, and you support theirs. Nothing gets you to the gym like your friend dragging your butt there, and on their bad days, you dragging them.

If you can鈥檛 get to a gym, then little things will help get you moving. When you are on the phone, pace back and forth, don鈥檛 sit. Take the stairs, park at the furthest parking spot in the lot, enter the mall at the store the furthest away from where you want to go. Keep good walking shoes in the car with you at all times. At lunch, walk around the building.

Don鈥檛 keep junk food in the house, if it is not there, then you will not eat it. Go for fresh fruits and veggies when you are hungry. Keep carrot sticks at your desk, so when the urge to snack hits, you don鈥檛 go to the vending machine. Anytime you feel hungry, drink a glass of water and wait fifteen minutes first. Many times your body confuses thirst with hunger.

Most of all, Good luck and stay possitive.
Usually plastic surgeons refuse to give you a lipo unless you are close to the weight you want to maintain. It is true, however, that after a lipo people usually get into exercising because they're very happy with the results.

Also, I strongly advise you against the gastric band... especially if you have binges... it's awful, it makes you vomit as soon as the little pouch is full!

If I were you I would start taking thyroid medication first and foremost, then I would start speeding my metabolism up (big breakfast, exercising in the morning to rave your metabolism up, 6-7 small meals a day), then i would induce some heat production via enhanced protein intake and caffeine (or green tea).

For the binging, I would go to a psychologist and get help in understanding its origin so to be able to treat it accordingly.

Always remember that you CAN do it.
Hi there, I can understand where you are coming from I have dealt with the same thoughts for years. I am not sure what liposuction really does, how much does it cost and can you afford that? and also maybe you should start exercising first then your body will get used to it. I know what it's like to be over weight and unhappy with it.
hope to talk to you soon!
