Liposuction - scar tissue & ink from surgery - similar experince?? |
I had some lipo done about 2 months ago and the healing has gone very well. I was expecting some little scars and scar tissue so that is not a problem. The thing that I am curious about is that one of my scars - where I had green marker pen drawn on my body has obviously gone into the scar and I can see green below the surface of my skin. I know that I am probably going to get a few replies of 'contact your doctor/surgeon' - thats not what I want to hear. I already know that is what I should do. I am curious to know if anyone else has experienced this and what happened. The green mark from the pen will gradually fade. Since it is within a scar it may take a long time. Scars can take up to a year to make the gradual change to what they are going to be permanently, so give it time and don't worry too much. AND ASK YOUR DOCTOR (couldn't resist) You shouldn't be getting liposuction in the first place. This is the consequence of not exercising. Eat less hamburgers fat azz. |
