Does liposuction on the inner and outer thighs really work?

Yes it does! I haven't had it done, but my friend lost a lot of weight but still couldn't get rid of the bulge on her inner thighs and her "saddle bags" on the outer. She had lipo and her thighs looks great now. Make sure you do alot of research first and find the best doctor in your area and make sure the doc gives you references of his former patients to speak with! And make sure you understand all the side effects. Like the bruising afterwards, that last for a few months but eventually goes away.

Yes but exercise works better and with far less risks and scars.
Lipo is a just a big vaccuum, if you suck it up its gone right? So I guess it works, but in my opinion is an easy way out.
