Is LIPOSUCTION the only way to get rid of stubborn fats on your thighs and ab? |
is dieting going to help remove those thigh fats or is surgery the only answer to those stubborn fats? Have anyone here got rid of those thigh and ab fats without liposuction? how did you do it? THANKS so much! no, dedication to exercise and diet will get rid of it as well i have gotten rid of my gut and thighs after 5 children i still look good. exercise and watching what you eat is always a good thing to start If you diet rigorously and workout daily, you can remove fat and cellulite from the thighs and ab area. Liposuction is not the easiest way. All surgery has a risk including liposuction. Another issue is liposuction makes you think you can do it again if you slip in your lifestyle and add back the same fat you had pre-surgery. The best way to remove the fat is diet and exercise. hmmmmmm.. pilates is said to be helpful in losing thigh and ab fats.. You just need to excercise and it will turn all into muscle. You could just try eating healthy and commiting to a regular exercise plan to get rid of your stubborn fat. Just work with exercises that specifically target the areas you want to shave off the fat. For stubborn fatty areas that don't respond to diet and exercise, then liposuction can be very helpful in removing the problem fatty deposits. HTH : ) |
