Anyone had liposuction?

Im thinking about having liposuction done. has anyone had it done and if so what was your personal experience of this and how much did it cost, and where did you have it done, etc? Does anyone know of a good alternative? There's always things on the market claiming to firm your skin but they don't work and wondered if anyone had actually had some good results from anything?

No, but I've seen people having it on TV and it looks absolutely awful, particularly as they are left with sagging flesh afterwards which then has to be removed. Is it really worth that to avoid eating 900 calories a day to lose weight?
