Can you get liposuction in your calves and ankle?

i'm really petite i'm 5'2 and weight 130 lbs, i was born with huge calves where my ankle are the same size as my calves it's really embarassing i Never wear shorts are skirt anything that shows my legs, i lost weight and went down too 105 and my calves were smaller but my ankle were still really thick ...my b/f makes fun of me he call's them "cankle' because i have no ankles =(
i wanted to get liposuction is it possible??

are you sure its not edema (fluid retention)? I dunno, but go to your doctor and find out your options.
