Tummy Tuck or liposuction?

I never had kids but my surgeon suggest having a tumnmy tuck . will thta be safe if I have kids in the future. Will my stomach go,back flat?

I would wait until you are done having kids unless it would make a different in your career. What a tummy tuck is, from what I have been told, it were they cut away excess skin from when you have lost weight. If you are wanting kids, then keep the skin there so it will expand with your growing belly rather than causing more stretch marks
