Been gaining weight... liposuction?

I'm 5'9" 170lbs. I'm not real fat, I wear a size 34 waist in pants. I'm in the Army National Guard, so I'm in decent shape, but even when I was in Basic Training I still had a pudgy stomach. And lately I've been getting pudgier. I know that I need to diet and keep excersising, but I'm thinking about lipo too. What do yall think? Does anyone know how much it would cost in Nashville for stomach and love handles? Anyone know a good doc? Thanks.
PS Yes, I'm shallow and slightly insecure. I know this. Please don't tell me.

I think lipo is a bit extreme 150-60lbs. is good for your height and if you have a lot of muscle even more is okay. Lipo is a big decision and one I would contemplate thoroughly before doing it. It seems as though you don't really need it health wise.

Hi if you have lipo you need to keep getting it done, just do more exercises but center it around your stomach and that will sort it for you
Most plastic surgeons will not perform liposuction if you are over weight. Liposuction is not a weight loss tool. If you are at or near your proper weight, liposuction can be used for areas of fat that are resistant to weight loss.
Get down to close to proper weight and if you still have areas that are pudgy, you could consider liposuction. The cost will vary as to what areas you would like to improve and how many. It varies across the country also. I would say a minimum of $3,000.

if it will make you feel better about your bad self then sure, go ahead and do it....just think of how self confident you will end up being afterwards.....and if i were in your place right now i would definitely go for it........and who cares about the cost???? just put it on your visa like i did and then pay it down every month....go for it !! take a chance and live on the edge do you know what i mean????? luv, sweetness
