Is it true liposuction gets rid of stomach fat for good?

ive been told if you have the fat sucked out of your belly you will never put it back on and that your body will shove it somewhere else.

It gets rid of fat cells. But if you eat the same way as you did prior to a lipo procedure, your body will make new fat cells and your will be in the same boat.
it can still grow back i beleive
no
after liposuction your skin will be very bagy and yes you can still put the fat back on
Untrue, the fat will grow back when you over eat again. There is nothing yet known that will eliminate fat from growing back, yet, there are many pills and such that will increase your metabolism to burn fat away; try relacore or metabolife for belly fat burning.

Surgery should be a last resort as your still not learning how to eat right and that is the Root issue.
The downside is that it does return but usually uneven so that it is lumpy.
not true. liposuction removes some of the fat cells. the remaining fat can increase in size and new fat cells can form. Lipo is definitely not a cure all or instant fix - it's a short term fix to what could be a long term problem.
That's what some people say but it's dangerous and ur stomach could grow back is better to do exercise and lose the fat. if the skin is hanging u could do the liposuction.liposuction what basically do is to stretch the skin. if ur stomach grows back it could stretch more and more ur skin that's why is dangerous.
