Very effective.

The thing about lypo is it HURTS! The other thing about lypo is all the results you could get with a year of working out.
Then you could enjoy the body, the fact you worked for it, instead of a 15,000 dollar doctor's bill.
i think lipo is effective for either section, but u just need to see the right QUALIFIED M.D. check out his prior work thoroughly and whether he's ever been sued for malpractice.
