Anyone knows anything about liposuction? |
does anyone know if its good for me to have liposuction or not i weigh 227lbs and am 5.3 high is it true that its not good for me cus am this heavy please help ?!! You should be 70-130 pounds at your height. No offense. But I sugest to go on a diet. Not a strict one because cutting yourself off from food completely is bad for you since suddenly ur body is used to takin food and suddenly its not in ur stomach anymore. Just eat a little and excerize. But don't over excersie especially if you not taking any food at normal. Just take it slowly is what is best. Definitely not. Liposuction will not help you lose weight. It is just for reshaping the body and removing stubborn areas of fat that won't shift with diet or exercise. It will more likely help you lose inches than pounds. You need to lose weight first. HTH. |
