Would it be dangerous to have liposuction done on the testicular area?

Well as I was telling my friend enzyme304 the other day CnG, my neighbor Henry who I have talked about before, is pretty darn handy with medical stuff. He has practiced on
neighborhood pets and even Beulah his wife. I just finished yellin over the fence to ask him about this question. Henry
said it could be done with a good piece of garden hose, a
pen, shop vac, and some string and duct tape to close things up. Henry said he would give it a try if your in the
neighborhood, just let me know.
