Can you save yourself the time and money and just start walking? You will feel great!!! Invest in an Ipod or radio and hit the streets. Also, cut your food portions in half and learn how to use chopsticks!!! It works..... If not, whatever you do, do not go out of the U.S. and get it to save money. It will cost you triple..... Do you really need to do this?? Think about it... There are MANY risks involved. Get your butt up and get to exercising. Good luck in whatever you choose to do.... Take that money and go shopping.........
