How much weight can you lose from liposuction?

Liposuction is just a quick lazy way of losing wieght....you can lose as much as you ask the surgian. If you really want to lose weight, do it the old fashion way, excersise and healthy food!i imagine as much as you can spare !!!...personally i would not go down that route. the best way and only way is a healthy diet.get the right one and it'll fall off, with more pleasing results and no pain.
They normally only take about 2-5 pounds of fat out. Any more than that and you won't like the results. You will have saggy skin and that won't be attractive. Lipo isn't really a way to lose weight as much as it is to make a few areas a LITTLE more attractive.
Liposuction will not take off any fat that may be on your arteries and/or organs. Regular exercise & a proper diet & water are the best way to go.
not much really-they can only take a pretty small amount out at one time or you can have complications-you would have to have several visits- and i don't think you lose a significant amount of weight-just maybe shape things up a bit.
i had lipo a few years ago cause my hips were too wide mishaped. it hurts like hell after and you have to wear these support shorts even when you go to the loo (they have a hole in the crotch).
i had 2 litres of fat removed from my outer thighs hips and bottom. i was quite dissapointed as i thought it was a quick fix for my weight problem (i have a big bum). although it did make my hips look much more even and smooth. the only down side is that the sweling takes ages to go down and i still have no feeling at the bottom of my back.
