Which of the following has the greatest promise as a lung cancer chemotherapy agent? A drug that?

A. causes cells to devide at a right angle from their usual orientation.
B.interferes with cellular meiosis.
C. prevents sister chromatids from separating at anaphase.
D. prevents tetrad formation
E. prevents crossing over.

Tetrads only form during meiosis, so the previous responder is wrong. The only answer that would possibly make sense is C. If the sister chromatids don't separate, then the cell cannot divide. Both centrosomes will pull on the centromere, but it won't move. One side may break its hold on the centromere, but then one new cell would have no DNA and would die, and the other would have too much DNA and would die.
