If I only smoke one cigerette perday, is there still a chance I get lung cancer?

Yes of course, those things are hazardous, I have never heard of anyone who just has one though...

Okay so Smoking is bad you, and yes you are still at risk for lung cancer, periferal vascular disease, bladder cancer, and all that other nasty stuff. For years I only smoked maybe 2 cigarettes a day. I always was afraid of the lectures from people(especially the Dr's I work with) when they found out that I smoke. You know what their answer was why even smoke, you really don't smoke now. So I cut out the routine cigarettes then I kinda forgot about them all together.
So

well even if you never smoke it is possible to get lung cancer just not as likely as a smoker. if you only smoke 1 cigarette a day then you only have a slightly increased risk of lun cancer. you should also consder the chance of other smoking realated diseases such as emphysema , heart attack and stroke. You should try to give up smoking just to be safe

There's a chance, but that would be way way way down the line... Like we're talking decades here. Its better to smoke a few a day and then go a while without, instead of one every day. Your lungs do repair themselves though after you stop smoking for periods of time.

IF you CAN ONLY smoke ONE per day.... THEY are addictive and most likely you'll end up having more than one. Yes, slowly you will most likely develop problems such as cancer... It's not worth it. It's really not. Several cancers and other problems have been linked to smoking, drugs, alcohol, etc... DON'T SMOKE! It's not good for you, or for those around you!

of course you still have a chance of getting it!! what happens when you smokes is tar builds on your lungs making it hard to breath... more and more tar will build up over time...even if you do only smoke one a day... so i suggest not smoking at all... theres no upside to it... all it does is make you smell bad... make your teeth yellow... slowly kill you... i hope i helped...

You can get lung cancer even if you never smoked.
You are just increasing your chances.
Is one a day worth it?
Only you can answer that.
Don't forget to concider other oral and throat cancers.

Yes. All it takes is one. Could be the first one or the the one you smoked wednesday of last week. Better just not to smoke at all.

Yes it just depends on how much damage your cells are getting. Some people are more affected than others. That is why some people die from second hand smoke when they were never smokers themselves.

Yes, just not as fast. Your still putting hazards through your body. But, if you want to keep smoking, im not stoppin you.

Miniscule. Do a search for "smoking risk calculator" if you want to put a number on it, but I wouldn't be concerned.

absolutely

yes!
