Anybody know anything about NSCLC (non small cell lung cancer)? |
please lend me any information u have about this my mom has it and is in the final stage, i wanted to see if i could get any useful information any information u havee would be great, survival rates, sideeffects of chemo and radiation, anythingg What all would you like to know. Not smoking and not spending time with anyone who smokes/ or in rooms that smokers use will cut your risk.SMOKING KILLS ...Either because you've been coughing lots and irritated your throat or the tumour has ruptured some blood vessels. People don't always cough blood when they have lung cancer. ...I'm sure the occasional whiff won't do much. However, they did find a link between people who inhale them a lot and lung cancer ...First of all, a dr is not going to say, well, you may have some kind of cancer cause you have breathing problems. Heart problems don't get better. If dr is concerned, I'm sure he ran test... I hated the old one that used to come on like 4 years ago.It came on so often i had the whole commercial memorized to the word. Iv never tried that...im to impatiait ...You cannot say for sure who will get lung cancer. Tobacco smoke contains many carcinogens that greatly increase your risk of many cancers by damaging DNA that control cell growth. But notice I said... Obviously the lungs... but it can spread into any of the other organs in your body. ... |
