Lung Cancer Surgery and Kidney failure?

If a person has lung cancer in both lungs and goes through surgery comes out of surgery with kidney failure. Whats can be done or is the time near?

jo, I think it would all depend on what the status of the lung cancer is. Dialysis can handle the kidney failure for the time being but the question can't be answered without knowing more about the lungs.

Something went wrong with the surgery. If they went in with one thing and came out of surgery with something else them something went wrong with the surgery. I would suggest another doctor.
